Good People

This playful recruiting ad was designed to connect with college students while appealing to a broader audience. From concept to final cut, it was a hands-on, creative process—challenging at times, but full of moments that made the project really fun to bring to life.

The concept—to shoot the ad in a single continuous take—was born from a desire to highlight our staff and their diverse backgrounds. Early ideas felt flat, so I suggested making it more visually dynamic, playfully referencing Martin Scorsese. The idea was approved, and I mapped out storyboards, floor plans, and choreographed our lead’s movements to bring it to life.

After pre-production, it was time to bring the vision to life. I cast a lead actress who felt universally relatable and used real Manhattan employees to keep things grounded. With Steadicam operator Daniel Eckler, we choreographed each shot down to the smallest detail—twenty takes later, we had magic. I then polished the final cut with motion graphics, color, and sound design. It’s a piece I’m genuinely proud to share.

Comedy!

If you can make someone laugh, you’ve already won half the battle. My team and I love using humor in internal communications - it keeps people engaged and makes the message memorable.

Advertising

At Manhattan, I focus on building brand awareness for both our products and the company as a whole. Drawing on my cinematic background, I aim to bring a storytelling edge that elevates our work beyond traditional corporate advertising.

Live Events

From team events to major company gatherings, I take every opportunity to capture dynamic footage that showcases Manhattan’s culture, creativity, and community.

Talking Heads

Talking-head videos are a core part of my role at Manhattan, with at least one filmed each week. Over time, I’ve refined the process to be efficient and seamless—able to set up lights, camera, sound, and even a teleprompter in about an hour.

Motion Graphics

Manhattan works with a lot of really cool companies, and we needed a simple and effective way to show that off - but it still had to be engaging. So, we landed on this cyclical animation of around a hundred well-known brands who use Manhattan’s technology.
